These terms apply when you browse the website, request a quote, book a repair pickup, buy products, or request services from Apex Electrical and Solar.

Use of the Website

You may use this website to browse products and services, request quotes, submit repair pickup requests, contact us and place online orders where checkout is available. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or interfere with the site operation.

Product Information

We aim to keep product names, images, specifications, stock information and pricing accurate. Images may be used for identification and presentation and may differ slightly from final supplier stock, packaging or accessories. Customers should confirm compatibility before ordering electrical or solar components.

Quotes and Custom Work

Quotes for installations, repairs, automation, electric fencing, solar systems and special orders are subject to assessment, stock availability, supplier pricing, site conditions and written acceptance. A quote may expire if supplier pricing, exchange rates or availability changes.

Orders and Payment

An online order is submitted when the customer completes checkout. Apex Electrical and Solar may accept, reject, cancel or query an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, pricing is incorrect, the order appears fraudulent, or the goods are unsuitable for the intended use.

Delivery and Collection

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact details. Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Risk in products passes according to applicable law and the selected delivery or collection arrangement.

Installation and Electrical Work

Electrical, solar, air conditioning, electric fencing and automation work must be done safely and in line with applicable South African requirements. Where certificates, compliance documentation or inspections are required, these will be handled according to the quoted scope of work.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Special-order, installed, used, damaged, custom-cut, custom-made or incorrectly ordered products may be restricted where the law allows.

Limitation of Liability

Apex Electrical and Solar will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation by third parties, misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect product selection, external electrical faults, grid conditions, weather events, supplier defects outside our control, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies when a customer uses the website or places an order.
